Encounter Church Bream Bay is a welcoming, non-denominational family church about 5 minutes from One Tree Point at 223 Marsden Point Road, Ruakaka. We gather every Sunday at 10am for contemporary worship, practical Bible teaching, and a vetted kids' programme. Lots of families from One Tree Point and Marsden Cove call Encounter home — everyone is welcome.
Only about 5 minutes by car. Head out of One Tree Point along Marsden Point Road towards Ruakaka and you'll reach us at 223 Marsden Point Road. There's plenty of off-street parking right at the building.
Yes. Encounter Kids runs alongside the main 10am service with safe, vetted volunteers and age-appropriate teaching, and we run Connect Groups for different ages and stages through the week. It's a great fit for young families from One Tree Point and Marsden Cove.
Sundays at 10am. The gathering runs for around 90 minutes — worship, a message from the Bible, and time to pray together — followed by free coffee. Come as you are; no need to book.
